About the poster session (16/4)

ENN4 will feature a poster session, right after Thomas Pavel's keynote and a limited number of participants may present a poster at ENN4. This is especially interesting for those who will participate in the pre-conference but have not submitted a paper proposal for the conference itself, but may also appeal to other participants! I would warmly like to invite you to consider bringing a poster. Send us an email prior to April 7 at enn4@ugent.be. Posters will stay on display for the whole of the conference.

It took us a quite a while to find out what size poster board we could offer you. I have gathered some specific information:
-        The poster board is size A1, so your poster can’t exceed that dimension (594 x 841 mm)

-        The poster can be displayed either horizontally or vertically

-        You bring the poster, we’ll provide panels to attach the poster

-        Please hand us your poster at the registration desk

-        The poster sessions are scheduled on the first day of the conference, at around 18:00
